Job Description
The Supplier Outreach Program Manager manages our customer campaigns to their suppliers to obtain important information and data. The role is in charge of the campaign’s health and progress in addition to contacting harder to reach suppliers and dealing with suppliers’ questions and edge cases. This role requires being detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
Key Requirements and Responsibilities
- Program Management: Manage supplier campaigns and communicate progress to Z2Data’s customers.
- Supplier Communication: Communication with suppliers via email, phone, and conferencing calls to assist with data requests and obtaining the required documentation from suppliers.
- Support and Guidance: Act as a primary point of contact for large & complex suppliers, providing necessary resources and assistance to facilitate their response to data requests.
- Problem Resolution: Receive inbound calls from suppliers, offering solutions and guidance to enhance their experience and resolve any issues related to data requests.
- Supplier Engagement: Guide and teach suppliers on data requirements and how they can best meet our mutual customer’s requirements.
Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written skills in English. (other languages such as German or Chinese, are a plus)
- Background in administration, data management, customer or supplier support, or call center operations.
- Strong ability to be detail oriented and writ
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively across multiple projects.
- Skilled in using Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Independent and motivated, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent customer service. Ability to present detailed information simply and clearly to customers.
Compensation & logistics
- This is a fully remote position within the United States
- Open to consulting contract at $25 - $35/hr
- Open to FTE with full benefits at $50,000/year to $68,000/year
